Referee: Camilio Falcon (Mexico)
Result: Bahamas 10 Guyana 39 (HT: 3-22)
Guyana take an early lead with scrum half Quincy Jones scoring his first try of nthe tournament. No 8 Vallon Adams extends the lead with a 10 yard crash ball after good pressure from the Guyana forwards.
Continued pressure from Guyana. Lance Adonis out sprints the Bahamas defence to take the lead to 15-0 to Guyana.
Conor Albury narrows the score to 15-3 with a well struck penalty for Bahamas.
Referee awards a penalty try for a high tackle on the Guyanese right winger, which prevents a near certain try. The conversion by Adonis is good. Guyana lead at half time 22-3.
Prop Jamal Yarde opens the second half scoring with a try from 5 yards out. Adonis converts - Guyana 29-3 in the lead. Bahamas seeing little of the ball and on the back foot for most of the match so far, but as we have seen throughout the tournament, U19 games can change quickly, as we saw yesterday in the two Semi Finals. Hooker Renaldo Young brings Bahamas back into the game with a try underneath the posts which Albury converts. Guyana 29 Bahamas 10.
Right wing Carl Lewis uses his pace to stretch the Guyana lead to 34-10. Yarde scores his second try of the day to take the lead to 39-10. Great effort by Bahamas, though no match for the former U19 champions.
